Bolta Werker GmbH: Plant was founded by Johannes Bolten. It began in the buildings of the Hessemer toy factory in Nuremberg, with the production of combs made out of aluminum, bakelite and rubber – later galalith, celluloid and ebonite.
Nicro Bolta S.A de C.V. was founded in 2003 as a joint venture of two companies, Nicro S.A de C.V and Bolta Werke GmbH. It produces surface-finished components – predominantly for the automotive industry.
Nicro Bolta produces injection-molded and chrome-plated components, ranging from small components, such as buttons or handles, to large and particularly complex components of more than 1.8 m. (our capacity varies according to each part).
We have a close relationship with Bolta Werke and we apply the same production system with the level of vertical integration as is used in Germany and its new operations in the United States.
